As a Talent Acquisition Intern at BlueQuo, you will support the recruitment team by sourcing and engaging candidates for our clients across different industries. Your work will directly contribute to building strong talent pipelines, with a primary focus on LinkedIn-based sourcing activities.
This is a learning-focused internship for someone at the beginning of their recruitment career, interested in developing hands-on skills in sourcing, candidate outreach, and recruitment operations while working closely with experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists.
What You’ll Do
- Talent Sourcing Support: Support sourcing activities for junior and mid-level roles by identifying and engaging candidates mainly through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
- Market Research & Mapping: Assist in basic market mapping and talent research to identify relevant profiles, skills, and target companies.
- Candidate Outreach: Draft and send personalized outreach messages to potential candidates and manage follow-ups under the guidance of senior recruiters.
- Initial Screening: Support initial screening steps, including CV reviews and first contact calls, to assess motivation, availability, and basic role fit.
- Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with senior recruiters and support communication with internal stakeholders by keeping pipelines updated and organized.
- Candidate Experience: Contribute to delivering a positive candidate experience from first contact through early stages of the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Tools & Data: Update and maintain candidate information in the ATS and sourcing tools, ensuring data accuracy and process consistency.
- Team Collaboration & Learning: Learn recruitment best practices, participate in team meetings, and actively contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and sourcing, especially via LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a professional, candidate-focused mindset.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback.
- Fluent in English (B2 or higher).
Your Background
- Academic background in HR, Psychology, Business, or similar.
- Interest in working in fast-paced or consulting environments.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to develop practical recruitment skills.
Nice to Have
- Previous internship or academic exposure to recruitment or HR.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or any ATS.
- Interest in recruitment technology, AI, or data-driven sourcing.
- Additional European languages.
