We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Product Intern who is passionate about products and marketing to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment, with the possibility of future full-time employment.
? Key Responsibilities
? 1. Product Promotion Support
- Assist with product testing and technical validation
- Create product operation/demo videos and technical documentation
- Support product promotion activities
- Organize and maintain internal materials (documentation, knowledge sharing, training)
- Assist in maintaining the Spain official website
- Localize and translate product materials into Spanish
? 2. Comprehensive Technical Support
- Provide support for after-sales technical issues
- Assist the technical team in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Gradually engage in direct customer interaction
- Take on increasing technical responsibilities over time
? 3. Spanish Technical Training Support
- Support internal technical training sessions
- Gradually assist in customer-facing training
- Provide support for team events and activities
✅ Requirements
- Proficiency in Spanish (spoken & written) and in Chinese (spoken & written)
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Marketing, Management, Languages, International Trade, or related fields preferred)
- Strong communication and cross-cultural skills
- Interest in product and marketing, with a willingness to learn and grow
