- Secure suppliers’ fulfillment of contractual terms and contribution to Airbus value chain
- Manage contracts throughout the full life cycle of the products
- Cross-company alignment and coordination (Programmes, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality…) in activities related to composite materials purchasing and development
- Build professional and trusting relationships with major players in the aerospace composites industry ecosystem
- Uphold Airbus Ethics and Compliance standards in all dealings
Experience, Competences, and Skills:
- Degree in Engineering, Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Materials…) or Business
- Experience in Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, Supply Chain, Contract Management, Project Management…
- Leadership, Communication, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work at international level
- Knowledge of Aerospace and/or Chemical Industry is a plus
- Technical understanding of composite materials and processes is desirable
- English is required
