The project!
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the Pepe Jeans and G-III Agency HRBP team in all tasks surrounding talent attraction, recruitment processes, development of Job Fairs and other Talent events and project development.
What will the role entail?
- Attract talent and execute the Global recruitment process for our different areas.
- Support the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Execute employees onboardings.
- Develop events both externally to attract new talent, and internally.
- Participate in Job Fairs.
- Develop employer branding initiatives.
- Update the internal database.
- Support the HR Talent Acquisition team for any specific project.

- University degree or equivalentin Human Resources, Psychology, Law or similar.
- Languages: fluent/native Level of Spanish and English (min. C1) any other languages are a big plus.
- Knowledgable in MS Office package.
- Previous experience working in Retail or Customer facing roles is a big plus!
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time-management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
