You will join the Marketplace team, a department that manages the strategy, operations and scalability of the vast majority of the products offered by Pluxee, with a particular focus on health insurance products.
As an Insurance Operations Trainee, you will support key initiatives to make our business more scalable, efficient, and data-driven.
This is an ideal opportunity for final-year students who want to start their career in business roles, applying structured thinking and problem-solving skills to real operational challenges in a fast-growing tech environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Support the monitoring of service level agreements (SLAs) in day-to-day marketplace operations
- Help identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in operational workflows
- Assist in building reports and dashboards to track key metrics
- Collaborate with different teams (Operations, Product, Customer, Finance) on cross-functional initiatives
- Support to process improvement projects and operational optimization
- Support data analysis to generate insights for decision-making

Education
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Engineering or similar
Experience
- Previous internships or academic projects involving data analysis or problem-solving are a plus
Languages
- English: professional proficiency
- Spanish: native or professional proficiency
