WHAT’S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?

YOU HAVE/YOU ARE….

Knowledge of front office and reservation tasks

Good level of English.

Any other languages are also valuable

Previous experience in the same position

Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment

Creativity, proactivity and attention to detail

Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively with other staff members.

Management of hotel PMS systems (Opera Cloud, SIHOT, Protel, Mews, etc.).

Check-in/check-out management.

Billing, invoicing, and cashier duties.

Reservation management and modifications.

Basic Office skills (Email, Excel, Word).

WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?

Greet and assist our guests in a friendly and professional manner

Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently

Work in coordination with housekeeping and F&B team

Ensure the reception and boutique area reminds clean and presentable at all times
